Description

The TFI is made up of 15 self-reported questions. The scale covers three different domains including eight questions about physical domain, four questions on psychological domain, and three items about social domain. The total score ranged from 0 to 15, with higher score indicate more frailty. A cutoff score of ≥ 5 was used to diagnose frailty
