The PSOPSC was specifically designed for pharmacy staff and addresses their views regarding the patient safety culture in their organizations. The PSOPSC is composed of 36 items distributed across 11 composites to assess the patient safety culture. The 36 items are mainly categorized into the following three sections: (A) working in this pharmacy; (B) communication and work pace; and (C) patient safety and response to mistakes.
