Establish a child's occupational profile through parent interview. Six of the nine International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health activity and participation domains are included in the Preschool Activity Card Sort..Ninety-five activities were generated in the final version of the A-PACS in which 23 were specific to the Arabic culture. The activities were categorized into self-care (17), community mobility (16), high demand leisure (11), low demand leisure (17), social interaction (15), domestic (8) and education (11)

Description
A multidimensional instrument for assessment of Arabic patients suffering from rheumatic diseases. Includes 10 activities of daily living (Arabic HAQII), four items to assess psychological distress, duration of morning stiffness as well as visual analogue scales for pain, global status, and fatigue. A second section includes review of the systems, falls and cardiovascular risk assessment, the rheumatology attitudes index to assess the psychological construct of helplessness and self‐report of joint counts.

Description
The Knee Outcome Survey is a patient self report survey that includes an Activities of Daily Living Scale (ADLS) and a Sports Activity Scale (SAS). Description
The COOP/WONCA charts measure six core aspects of functional status: physical fitness, feelings, daily activities, social activities, change in health and overall health. In addition, pain can be included as an optional aspect. The instrument consists of six charts, referring to the above mentioned aspects of functioning. Description
A measure of manual ability for children with upper limb impairments. The scale measures a person's ability to manage daily activities that require the use of the upper limbs, whatever the strategies involved. It has been validated in cerebral palsy children (age 6-15). The Parent is asked to fill in the questionnaire by estimating their child's ease or difficulty in performing each activity when the activities are done without help, irrespective of the limb(s) the child actually use and whatever the strategies used to perform the activity. Note that the child is never asked to perform the activities in front of the evaluator.
