Description

The Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS®) comprises highly reliable, precise measures of patient–reported physical, mental, and social health. Description
A comprehensive needs assessment tool for use by professionals working with the elderly. It was developed from the Camberwell Assessment of Need (CAN) to incorporate the special needs posed by the elderly.
