Description
Is used widely for the evaluation of distal symmetrical peripheral neuropathy in diabetes. The MNSI includes two separate assessments, a 15-item self-administered questionnaire that is scored by summing abnormal responses, and a lower extremity examination that includes inspection and assessment of vibratory sensation and ankle reflexes and is scored by assigning points for abnormal findings.

The Sleep Scale was developed for the Medical Outcomes Study (MOS), a two-year study of patients with chronic conditions. Copyright by RAND Healthcare.
