Acronym
SHS-A

Description
he SHS-A, which is a four-item measure originally created by Lyubomirsky and Lepper, comprised the second part of the survey.4 The scale was developed based on a subjectivist approach to happiness and was employed to assess the subjective happiness of individuals from different age groups in various countries (i.e. USA and Russia). Two items in the scale examine individuals' ‘characterisation of themselves based on absolute ratings and ratings relative to their peers’. The remaining items identify whether the respondent is happy or unhappy and determine the extent to which the characterisations describe the respondent. A seven-point Likert scale is used for the responses. Item four must be reverse-coded before the scale score can be calculated. The mean score of the four items is calculated to obtain a single composite score of global subjective happiness. High scores indicate high levels of happiness. The tool's Cronbach's alphas were from 0.79 to 0.94, and its stability reliability was 0.72. Strong correlations were also observed between the scale and other happiness measures (r = 0.52–0.72), thereby implying satisfactory convergent validity.4 Permission to use the scale was given by Lyubomirsky (personal communication, March 18, 2019).

(TAS-Ar)

Description
To assess work/sport activities, Tegner and Lysholm developed a patient-reported questionnaire known as the Tegner activity scale (TAS). The TAS provides a list of 11 levels of grading work and sport activities for patients to choose from, ranging from 0, which represents sick leave or disability pension because of knee problems, to 10, which corresponds to participation in national and international elite competitive sports. The TAS is reliable, valid, and responsive for assessing activity levels in patients with ACL injuries. In addition, this is a short single-page scale that can be easily applied. TAS is one of the most frequently used scales in ACL-related studies to document the level of work/sport activities of patients with ACL injury and ACLR

Acronym
TCI

Description
An inventory for personality traits devised by Cloninger et al.. It is closely related to and an outgrowth of the Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire (TPQ), and it has also been related to the dimensions of personality in Zuckerman's alternative five and Eysenck's models[2] and those of the five factor model. TCI operates with seven dimensions of personality traits: four so-called temperaments Novelty Seeking (NS) Harm Avoidance (HA) Reward Dependence (RD) Persistence (PS) and three so-called characters Self-Directedness (SD) Cooperativeness (CO) Self-Transcendence (ST) Each of these traits has a varying number of subscales. The dimensions are determined from a 240-item questionnaire. The TCI is based on a psychobiological model that attempts to explain the underlying causes of individual differences in personality traits. (Wikipedia,2018)
