This 17-item instrument assesses ON with two separate dimensions : 9 items for Healthy Orthorexia or “HeOr” and 8 items for Orthorexia Nervosa or “OrNe”. Answers are scored on a four-point Likert scale ranging from 0 (= strongly disagree) to 3 (= strongly agree). Each score by each dimension was computed by summing up the items’ responses. No specific timeframe was asked from the participants while responding. Higher scores reflect more orthorexia nervosa and more healthy orthorexia, respectively. In this study, the Cronbach’s alpha was 0.853 for the TOS OrNe and 0.829 for the TOS HeOr.

Acronym
C-SSRS

Description
The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) is a questionnaire used for suicide assessment developed by multiple institutions, including Columbia University, with NIMH support. The scale is evidence-supported and is part of a national and international public health initiative involving the assessment of suicidality. Available in 103 different languages, the scale has been successfully implemented across many settings, including schools, college campuses, military, fire departments, the justice system, primary care and for scientific research. Several versions of the C-CCRS have been developed for clinical practice. The Risk Assessment version is three pages long, with the initial page focusing on a checklist of all risk and protective factors that may apply. This page is designed to be completed following the client (caller) interview. The next two pages make up the formal assessment. The C-SSRS Risk Assessment is intended to help establish a person’s immediate risk of suicide and is used in acute care settings. In order to make the C-SSRS Risk Assessment available to all Lifeline centers, the Lifeline collaborated with Kelly Posner, Ph.D., Director at the Center for Suicide Risk Assessment at Columbia University/New York State Psychiatric Institute to slightly adjust the first checklist page to meet the Lifeline’s Risk Assessment Standards. The following components were added: helplessness, feeling trapped, and engaged with phone worker.

Acronym
(CWEQ-II)

Description
The Condition for Workplace Effectiveness Questionnaire-II is a 19-item tool used to measure structural empowerment among nurses. The questionnaire is divided into six subscales: opportunity, resources, information, support, formal power (job activity scale: JAS), and informal power (organization relationships scale: ORS). These subscales are measured using a 5-item Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, where a higher score means better access to empowerment structures. Each subscale consists of 3 items, except for the last one (informal power), which includes four items. The overall structural empowerment is calculated by summing the scores of the six subscales. Total scores range between 6 and 30. Higher scores indicate higher perceived empowerment in the work environment. Scores from 6 to 13 represent low levels of empowerment, 14 to 22 illustrate moderate levels of empowerment, and 23 to 30 are considered high empowerment levels. Participants’ self-reported sociodemographic data included age, gender, education, experience, income, and work unit.

OBQ11

Description
The revised occupational balance questionnaire (OBQ11) is an 11-item self-rated questionnaire for investigating a person’s perception of OB in terms of having the right amount and variation of occupations in everyday life (Håkansson et al., 2020). Each item in OBQ11 is rated on a 4-point Likert scale ranging from 0 to 3. The total score thus ranges from 0 to 33 with higher scores indicating higher OB. Individual items can also be analyzed separately. Psychometric properties for OBQ including content validity, internal consistency, and test–retest reliability for the original OBQ were found to be good (Wagman and Håkansson, 2014a, 2014b). The OBQ11 was found to be valid and satisfied the measurement criteria defined by the Rasch model (Håkansson et al., 2020). OBQ11 is currently available in several language versions that have shown acceptable psychometric properties in preliminary studies (Günal et al., 2019; Uhrmann et al., 2018).
