FACIT-Sp

Description
The Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy - Spiritual Well-being (FACIT-Sp) was developed in the United States to assess assesses cancer patients’ HrQoL and spiritual well-being. The 12-item measure does not make reference to specific religious practices or to the name of a deity, is added to the FACT-G to make up what is known as the FACIT-Sp.

Description
The PCL is a standardized self-report rating scale for PTSD comprising 17 items that correspond to the key symptoms of PTSD. Two versions of the PCL exist: 1) PCL-M is specific to PTSD caused by military experiences and 2) PCL-C is applied generally to any traumatic event. The PCL can be easily modified to fit specific time frames or events.
