Description
The FiRST is a simple self-reported questionnaires in patients with diffuse chronic pain it consists of six questions related to different dimensions related to Fibromyalgia (FM) (widespread pain, fatigue, pain characteristics, non-painful abnormal sensations, functional somatic symptoms, sleep, and cognitive problems) and requires yes or no responses, Each item corresponds to one point, and a cut-off score of 5–6 is considered positive for FM, The tool can detect FM in both daily clinical practice and research.
