Description
A quantitative measurement of the components of illness representations, as described by Leventhal’s Common-Sense Model (CSM) of selfregulation (Leventhal et al 1984, 1997). Description
The Knee Outcome Survey is a patient self report survey that includes an Activities of Daily Living Scale (ADLS) and a Sports Activity Scale (SAS).
