Description
The short form health survey (SF-12) is a valid generic measure of health outcome to examine HRQOL. All SF-12 items came from the SF-36. It includes eight dimensions: physical functioning, role limitations due to physical health problems, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, role limitations due to emotional problems and mental health.
