Description
A measure used to evaluate pain, symptoms, activities of daily living, recreational activities, and quality of life in patients with knee osteoarthritis. It is a 42 item scale consisting of five subscales, including Pain, Symptoms , ADL , Sport and recreation and Knee-related QOL .

Description
The short form health survey (SF-12) is a valid generic measure of health outcome to examine HRQOL. All SF-12 items came from the SF-36. It includes eight dimensions: physical functioning, role limitations due to physical health problems, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, role limitations due to emotional problems and mental health.

Description
The COOP/WONCA charts measure six core aspects of functional status: physical fitness, feelings, daily activities, social activities, change in health and overall health. In addition, pain can be included as an optional aspect. The instrument consists of six charts, referring to the above mentioned aspects of functioning. Each chart consists of a simple title, a question referring to the status of the patient and an ordinal five-point response scale illustrated with a simple drawing.
